Jacqueline Warner, Esq. is a seasoned attorney with over 31 years of experience with corporate and securities matters, real estate transactions and estate planning and administration. The Founder and Principal of the Law Office of Jacqueline Warner since February 2014, Attorney Warner previously served as Special Counsel at the national law firm of Hinman, Howard & Kattell, LLP, in White Plains, New York for over 13 years, and began her legal career at the international law firm of Dorsey & Whitney LLP in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Additionally, Jackie assists not-for-profit organizations obtain tax-exempt status and advises on business formation and governance matters. She is the author and publisher of a book entitled The Mini Legal Toolbox for Entrepreneurs and Small Business Owners and a soon to be released second book in the The Mini Legal Toolbox series entitled Raising Capital for Your Business: Understanding Private Offerings.
